Responsibilities of Human Resources and Administration Department in Mtwara DC
Translating policy, laws and regulations as well as structures related to staff and coordinate its implementation.
Coordinate activities of performance testing of council staff to use the system open to review and measure the performance of staff (OPRAS).
Arrange the needs of staff are needed in the workplace, in the provision of services to meet the needs.
Coordinate the preparation of proposals for raising position and verify servants.
Develop a training program for long and short
Prepare an estimate of the correct remuneration and benefits for staff
Organize meetings in districts, wards, towns and neighborhoods.
Oversee the work of the various registries and records of the council.
Manage and coordinate planning of work schedules by departments and programs of work of employees.
Manage and coordinate the issues of workers councils
Be the link between the Council, Ministry, Province and Management of the Head of the public service in terms of leadership and service.
